2024 Taiwan's Shopping Complexes Market Share

In 2024, our shopping complexes were dominated by the retail groups with 57% approx. market shared. The retail groups include Shinkong Mitsukoshi Dept. Store, Far Eastern Dept. Store, FE Sogo, Breeze and Global Mall. The outlet centers remained approx. 10% shared, compared with the previous year.

In total, those 5 groups and outlet centers own 56 shopping complexes.

Among them, 56 shopping complexes dominate the market of 175 sites, contributing to 67% of the total revenue. This also indicates a significant concentration of sales within especially in 3 retail groups of the industry, 46.1%.
